This system will be able to:

  1. Record on-line the requests and concerns of the citizenry,
  2. Provide the services of the municipalities
  3. Provide status of their requests,
  4. Provide an information center for the people for all their inquiries
  5. Provide the generation of reports as required by the local government units.
  6. Provide a Self-Service Portal where the constituents will be able to access the following modules:
    1. Requests: The constituent can create a new request and view the same. All the requests that will be  raised will be saved until it is granted or otherwise.
    2. Solutions: The constituent will be able to know the response of the local government unit to their requests.
    3. My Details: The constituent can view and edit his/her  account details and is provided with a  password. This updated information will be displayed whenever the information is requested.
