The system will be able to:

  1. Provide accurate data on the appropriation and allocation of budget of the     respective departments;
  2. Provide real-time/on-line data on total budget appropriations/allocations,
  3. Provide real-time/on-line data on remaining balances on budget appropriations/allocations per department,
  4. Provide the generation of reports as required by the local government units.
