The system will be able to:
- Provide the Local Chief Executive with real time/on-line information on the status of transactions in the Treasury Department, Accounting Department, Assessor’s Department and Business and Licensing Department,
- Provide accurate income and revenue data as management tools for the proper and transparent supervision and organization of the local government unit,
- Provide the needed data for the analysis of the current financial status of the local government unit, and
- Provide the generation of reports as required by the local government units.
