The system will be able to:

  1. Provide the Local Chief Executive with real time/on-line information on the status of transactions in the Treasury Department, Accounting Department, Assessor’s    Department and Business and Licensing Department,
  2. Provide accurate income and revenue data as management tools for the proper and transparent supervision and organization of the local government unit,
  3. Provide the needed data for the analysis of the current financial status of the local government unit, and
  4. Provide the generation of reports as required by the local government units.
