The system will be able to:

  1. Provide the Mayor’s Office with on-line/actual day to day data on business permits and licenses being issued by the local government unit as well as provide total revenues generated from this sources,
  2. Process business permits and licensing smoothly via five phases, i.e. on-line online application/offline application, registration, inspection, assessment of payments and releasing of permit,
  3. Provide computerized data in processing low/high risk business applicants,
  4. Provide accuracy of data inputs,
  5. Eliminate double posting of data inputs,
  6. Eliminate long queues during peak seasons of securing business permits and licensing, and
  7. Provide generation of reports as required by the local government units.
